The reflow module is the last process station. The board comes in from place, is soldered, and leaves the line.

  • Last process module
    Reflow is where the line finishes the board. Paste and place come before it.
  • From the conveyor
    The placed board arrives from the last place module. It does not move to a separate oven by hand.
  • Solder
    The module reflows the solder paste and completes the assembly.
  • Enclosed
    Reflow is its own enclosed module, the same idea as paste and place.
